Symptoms

E-Business Suite R12 Mobile Applications Foundation, Configuration Service issues

 

 

When attempting to access Mobile Applications through Single Sign-On (SSO) with E-Business Suite 12.1.3, the following error occurs:

ApprovalsDC.loadNotifications:HTTP Status Code 401

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Attempt to access Mobile Applications over single sign-on.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot access Mobile Applications over SSO.
