Symptoms

Order Release planning is not respecting the special service linked to order release.   

You expectation is that only rates that include the "required" Special Service will be considered.

When you do a rate inquiry you see that the rate with the special service is chosen. But when planning in the log files you see a rate without this Special Service being included.
