Bank Account Disappears From Payment Details Page

Information in this document applies to any platform.
After adding a Customer Bank Account and Debit Authorization and Applying the Payment Details looks as though it has never been added, but it exists in the Add option.
It should show the bank and direct debit details after adding it.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add bank details
2. Add direct debit details
3. not displaying it
