On : 12.1.1 version, Other Issues

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Incremental back flush done for the Product , but the Actual ingredient quantity there is no change .

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
We expect actual Ingredient quantity to change when incremental back flush is carried out .

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Setup Organization Parameter > [Tab:Formula] > Default Consumption/ Yield Type = Incremental (provided screenshot)
- Batch (WIP status):
  Product Actual Qty = 15351.5 TAN
  Ingredient Actual Qty = 15351.5 TAN
- Perform Incremental Backflush function
  Incremental Qty = -10 000 TAN
- Expected result
  New Product Actual Qty = 5351.5 TAN
  Ingredient Actual Qty = 5351.5 TAN
- Result from system
  New Product Actual Qty: decrease to 5351.5 TAN
  Ingredient Actual Qty: still remain 15351.5 TAN
