ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Large Logs are Generated In /usr/tmp Directory

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Unnecessary logs should not be generated

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Apply Patch 22244813
2. Find that in the /usr/tmp directory 17748895.log is getting appended with huge data

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue,there is a space constraint that is getting created
