Interface Trip Stop Errors with ORA-31011: XML Parsing Failed (Doc ID 2230724.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to run Interface Trip Stop request, the following error occurs.

NOTIFY_OC API - UNEXPECTED ERROR
ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 1
ORA-31011: XML parsing failed
ORA-19213: error occurred in XML processing at lines 1
LPX-00225: end-element tag "HEADER_TYPE" does not match start-element tag "PACKING_INSTRUCTIONS" in Package ASO_ORDER_F
TIMESTAT: 31-JAN-17 12:14:45: -17391668.16 : EXITING RETRIEVE OC MESSAGES


STEPS TO REPRODUCE THE ISSUE
1. Shipping > Interfaces > Run
2. Run Interface Trip Stop for the problematic trip stop
3. Interface Trip Stop completes with warning
4. Review Interface Trip Stop debug log file, see above error
