Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Customers Module

Receivables Manager -> Error  removing duplicate customer contact from screen

When we attempt to click the remove button for the duplicate
Contact. The following message appears

ERROR
-----------------------
A primary account role already exists for this account. You cannot make this account role primary.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Steps to re-produce the issue.
1. Receivables Manager
2. Navigate Customers >> Standard
3. Query update the customer in the search form
4. On the Account, Navigate to the Communication tab
See to Contacts that are the same and want to remove/delete the duplicate record.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot remove the duplicate contact.
