Symptoms
When attempting to send email notifications to suppliers via the Send Separate Remittance Advices program, the following error occurs.
Preparing for email delivery
SMTP server host: null
Email subject: Separate Remittance Advice: payment reference number - 123456789
Recipient: supplier_email@domain1.com
Content file name: Payment123456789.html
Email send from: sender_email@domain2.com
before calling XDO req.setDocument()
before calling XDO req.submit()
Request Failed with Status ::12
The delivery request was failed because of the error in the server side.
Sucessfully delivered separate remittance advice/payer notification.
