Problem Statement:

Employee is able to update the personal payment method on Self-Service even though the prepayment exist as of sysdate, while updating on PUI throws "APP-PAY-06226: Pre-payments exist for this payment method". Self Service should restrict employees from updating the payment method on sysdate.


Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Run QuickPay, Prepayments and archive.
     sysdate = 11/30/2016
     Date Earned/Date Paid = 11/30/20XX

  2.  Log in with Employee Self Service and try to change the existing payment method.
     (N) Manage Payroll Payment
  3.  Able to update the payment method without the error in SSHR.
