E-Business Suite 12.2 Applications Technology Stack, Access Manager issues
Users report no one is able to login to E-Business Suite applications.
After checking the Weblogic console, the wls_ebsagate and wls_ods components show a health status of "Overloaded".
Users are able to log into EM and ODSM to manage profiles etc, however login to E-Business Suite fails.
