In SR Form, Log and Notes Screen Closes When "New" Button is Pressed. (Doc ID 2231324.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.4 version, Service Request Form

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Login to Depot Repair Super User and Open an SR and Click on Log and Notes. Enter Notes and Click on NEW button. The Notes are saved but the screen is closed.
This was working fine until patch 24740298 and 22259592 was applied.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The Notes should be saved - but the Log and Notes Screen should remain open until "Close" button is clicked.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Depot Repair Super User
2. Open an SR and Click on Log and Notes.
3. Enter Notes and Click on NEW button
4. The Notes are saved but the screen is also closed.

Changes

 Applied patches 24740298 and 22259592.
