Last updated on JULY 07, 2017

Applies to:

Oracle Process Manufacturing Process Execution - Version 12.2.5 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

On : 12.2.5 version, Batches

Make to Order only creates a batch for the top level in the production process; it does not create batches for lower levels of production.

We have items which contains 2 or 3 production levels. As a example Item A is make from Item B and Item C. And Item B also make from Item D. So In here Item are A and Item B are production items with 2 levels. When we create a sales order and run the make to order process the production batches get created automatically only for item A. and for Item B production batches are not created
