Symptoms
When attempting to update the 'Latest Start Date' for an employee with processed Compensation Life Events, the following error occurs:
ERROR
-----------------------
APP-PER-449869: Cause: You cannot change the hire date of this employee, as life events associated with this employee exist in the 'Processed' or 'Started' state.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to responsibility US Super HRMS Manager.
2. Navigate to People -> Enter and Maintain -> Update 'Latest Start Date'.
3. Attempt to Save.
