Debrief Error: Error Occurred while getting pricing information for inventory item ID, price list id, unit of measure: EA and currency code (Doc ID 2231871.1)

Symptoms

When submitting the debrief posting program, following error occurs:

ERROR

An Error Occurred while getting pricing information for inventory item ID: xxxxx, price list id: xxxx, unit of measure: EA and currency code


STEPS
1. Login to Oracle Apps.
2. R) Field Service Manager -> Create Service Request and Task
3. Assign the Task to a Field service technician and click on 'Debrief' button to launch the Debrief html.
4. Add a material debrief line, save and post the Debrief.
5. The Debrief posting program completes with the above mentioned error.

Also, When trying to create the Charge line For the same item. Below error is occurring in the Service Request Form -> Charges Tab

IPL: Price was not found on price list XXXX for this item XXXX and uom EA
