Symptoms

When attempting to use Edit Requisition link from a Requisition approval notification, the following error occurs:

You do not have enough privilege to access this requisition



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to iProcurement responsibility and create a Purchase Requisition
2. Submit it for approval.
3. Open the approval notification and click on Edit Requisition link
4. See the above error message
