When changing element name using the Element Description form, found that PAY_ELEMENT_TYPES_F was not updated with the updated element name but the PAY_ELEMENT_TYPES_F_TL was updated correctly.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Element Description form

2- Update element name
found that PAY_ELEMENT_TYPES_F was not updated
