Strategy is Not Being Assigned When IEX: Skip Default Strategy Assignment is Set to No (Doc ID 2232082.1)

You've noticed that when IEX: Skip Default Strategy Assignment is set to No and IEX: Strategy Management runs, the Default Strategy is not being assigned even when the Score matches the Strategy.

Example:

Profile - IEX: Skip Default Strategy Assignment to No

Strategy Setup -  Good Strategy with Lowest Applicable Score = 75
                            Medium Strategy with Lowest Applicable Score = 50
                            Bad Strategy with Lowest Applicable Score = 0

You've set the IEX: Default Strategy Template to be Good Strategy.

Now, your customer has a score of 90 so it should get the Good Strategy assigned, but instead nothing is assigned.
