Issue With Additional Terms - Formatting of Other Fields is Changed after Receiving Validation Erro (Doc ID 2232137.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Invalid entry of Data-values result in validation error correctly, however other data-fields in the form are changed with different format for example any date-fields showing with different-format. In addition, Cancel Button will not navigate back to the screen for re-entry of correct data.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a new contract i.e. status = New
2. Update Additional Terms section for contract header i.e. General Tab > Additional Terms. Upon inputting invalid data on this page gives correct validation error, however other date fields in this form are changed with different format. This issue has been identified with contract header and asset level additional terms. Additional terms at service, usage and fee levels needs to be verified.
Also, Cancel Button will not navigate back to the screen for re-entry of correct data.
