'Order Release Equipment ID' Dropdown In ShipUnit Doesn’t Display Equipment On Order Release (Doc ID 2232397.1)

When specifying multiple equipments on the Specific Equipment to be Ordered section of the order release, you cannot select the Order release Equipment ID from the dropdown under the Ship Units Tab.

It is expected to be able to select the equipment from the Order release Equipment ID under the ship units tab when multiple equipments are defined under the Specific Equipment to be Ordered section of the order release

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Edit the Order Release
2. Define 2 equipment groups under the Specific Equipment to be Ordered
3. Browse to the Ship Unit Tab
4. Notice that there is no information available under the Order release Equipment ID drop down.
