Symptoms

MasterCard CDF3 Transaction Loader and Validation Program is completing with warning.
The following can be seen in the log file:

ERROR
-----------------------
INFO: oracle.adf.share.config.ADFConfigFactory No META-INF/adf-config.xml found
Attribute ReferenceNumber in TrxLoaderAM.CreditCardTrxnsVO is required
No credit card transactions were uploaded.
Rows failed to upload: 1.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run the MasterCard CDF3 Transaction Loader and Validation Program with the appropriate parameters
2. Program completes with warning.
3. View details from the log file.
