Last updated on FEBRUARY 24, 2019

Applies to:

Oracle HRMS (US) - Version 12.1 HRMS RUP9 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

On : 12.1 HRMS RUP9 version, US Payroll Reports - General

All employee's are set up for direct deposit but sometimes with a payout of a special earnings, they request a check override. Then they end up getting the check and two pages of deposit advices. The second deposit advice is a copy of the check they previously received with all zero's in current and no net pay
To get the check override from the Quick Pay. There should not be two deposit advices printed. The only deposit advice they should get is for the regular earnings that is paid by NACHA

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Process a Quick Pay and Quick Pay prepayments with an override check for example a vacation payout
2. Process the regular pay - all done with the same pay period end date and check date
3. Run Prepayments for the regular run
4. Run Payroll Archive
5. Run NACHA
6. Run the Checkwriter
7. Run the Deposit Advices
