Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Endeca based search (v5 and lower)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Items not visible in US in Endeca.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Items should be visible in US in Endeca.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run full load
2. Items not visible.
3. Create item, run incremental load.
4. Items still not visible.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot view items.
