When attempting to disable city the following error occurs.

ERROR

APP-PAY-74153: You cannot disable a city that is used in a Location or Assignment Residence Address

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) US Super HRMS Manager: Other Definitions > US Cities > Search for City

For Example:

State Name :    Washington
County Name :  King
City Name :      Seattle-Seattletourismpro
Zip Start :        98101
Zip End :          98102

2) Click on Disable

ERROR
APP-PAY-74153: You cannot disable a city that is used in a Location or Assignment Residence Address

Changes

 Remove Incorrect City Name for all Active or Terminated Employees
