An Error Occurred When The User Add Rating For Some Objectives And Then Delete One Of Them.

On : 12.2.4 version, Appraisals
When attempting to create an standard appraisal,,
the following error occurs.
Unable to perform transaction on the record. \nCause: The record has been deleted by another user. \nAction: Cancel the transaction and re-query the records to get the new data.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1- Manager Self-Service Responsibility.
2- Appraisals Function.
3- Start a New Evaluation, choose "Standard Appraisal".
5- Search the intended employee.
7- Choose template that contain objectives.
9- Fill in competences ratings.
10- Add or copy objectives.
11- Set one or more objectives ratings.
12- Delete one or more objectives that was assigned a rating before.
13- Click next or add participant and the following error occurred.
