In BPA Bill Presentment Lines Level Showing "No Result Found" (Doc ID 2232981.1)

Symptoms

Information Center: Oracle Bills Presentment Architecture (BPA) > Note 1427149.2

"No Results Found" message appears when using BPA template for Online
Preview.

It happens when Default Invoice template is used in BPA to view the
transaction as well as custom template. The same message also appears when
BPA preview icon is used in Transactions form.

You can see "No Results Found" message at the top of the lines level and also tax details.
The same message also shown in Primary Page Design page in BPA, step 2 when
creating custom template.

 

Responsibility: Bill Presentment Super User
Navigation:
1. Open Interactive Preview page and use Use Default Invoice template to see
    your invoice.
2. Click Online Preview

Note.
There is no issue when you click Print Preview.
