"Page Cannot Be Displayed" Error When Using Approvals Management Business Analyst Responsibility (Doc ID 2233237.1)

When attempting to update the dynamic queries for AME Approver Groups, the following error occurs:

The connection was reset.
-The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments.
-If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network connection
-If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Responsibility: Approvals Management Business Analyst responsibility
1. Select Update next to Self Service Human Resources
2. Select 'Setup' on 'Oracle Self Service Human Resources' Transaction type
3. Select 'Approver Groups'
4. Select 'Update' on approver group 'USD HR BEN Approvers'
5. Make any change to the existing query
6. Select 'Validate' button
