QA Check Failure Notification Does Not Have The Customer Name In The Subject

QA Check Failure notification does not have the customer name in the subject.
When a contract is auto-renewed through the date assembler process and if the contract cannot be activated because of the QA Check validation at that time , the workflow "OKSKPRCS" sends a notification indicating then contract has failed QA Check validation .
But the notification that is sent does not contain the customer name in the subject.
