Subscription Agreement Contracts QA Check Failure Notification Does Not Have the Subscriber Name in the Subject (Doc ID 2233699.1)

When a Subscription Agreement contract is auto-renewed, and it cannot be activated because of a QA Check validation error, the workflow (OKSKPRCS) sends a notification indicating then contract has failed the QA Check. However, the notification that is sent does not contain the Subscribers name in the subject.
