Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Print Friendly Format do not display in full screen from Service Request causing report preview not showing.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Print Friendly Format should be in readable view.

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Login to Oracle E-Business suite Application.
2. Navigate to Service (R) -> Service Requests -> Find Service Requests.
3. Query for a service request with number, from Workbench (T) proceed with Log and Notes (B) under Notes section.
4. Click on Print Friendly Format (B), to have the report not in full screen.
