ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
A Partial Termination Quote displays Partial Termination as No if the Quote has all Assets from the Contract, but for some of the Assets being terminated only partial Units are being terminated.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect that the Quote would display Partial Termination as Yes if the Quote is a Partial Termination.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Book a contract with at least two Assets, each with more than 1 Unit.
2. Create a Partial Termination Quote adding all Assets to the Quote, but for 1 Asset only terminate some of the Units.
3. Once the Quote is created the Partial Termination field in the header displays as No.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users are provided incorrect information in the quote and assume that the entire contract is being terminated when that is not the case.
