"Failed to pack/unpack item The Item was not found at the specified location" Error When Trying To Transact An LPN Which Resides In Inventory.

Symptoms

When attempting to Unpack a specific LPN,  the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Txn Failed. Failed to pack/unpack item The Item was not found at the specified location

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into Mobile Telnet with Whse Mgmt Responsibility
2. Navigate : Warehousing > LPN Transactions > Unpack
3. Enter the LPN and other Details. Click Unpack

Receive error

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot unpack LPNs
