On Work Execution version 12.2.5, When attempting to add a end-dated Task Number of a Project to the Work Order on Forms through EAM responsibility the following error occurs.

Task Id (xxxxx) is invalid

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Project Manufacturing Super User > Project Definition > Projects > Go to Project: <Project Name> > End date a Task Number : <Task Number>

  2. Go to Maintenance Super User > Work Orders. Create a Work Order. Put Project R12X30300 on it. Search for Task Number : <Task Number> on LOV. See that LOV fetches no results.

  3. Go to Enterprise Asset Management > Work Orders > Work Orders. Create a Work Order. Put Project <Project Name> on it. See that Task <Task Number> is available for selection.

  4. Upon selecting Task <Task Number> and saving the Work Order , above mentioned error occurs.
