WF_LOCAL_ROLES.DISPLAY_NAME is populated as PER_ROLE:<PERSON_ID> instead of Person Name/Employee Name attached to the FND User (Doc ID 2234301.1)

Symptoms

WF_LOCAL_ROLES.DISPLAY_NAME is PER_ROLE:<PERSON_ID>(and orig_system = 'PER') when creating employee and link the employee to a user.

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Open the page "Worklist Access"

  2. Click the "Grant Worklist Access"
     
  3.  Search the employee
  4. The Name is PER_ROLE:<Person id>, not employee name
  5. Even if running 'Synchronize Workflow Local Tables', there is no change.
