Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Value Added Tax - P2P

When user is trying to find the receipt in VAT Claim form, he is getting following error

ERROR

ORA-01403: no data found

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to VAT Claim Form
2. Enter required details along with receipt number
3. Click 'Find' button.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot maintain statutory compliance related to VAT.
