Populate/update the notes field for a workflow notification, and prompt users to enter their comments within square brackets in the notification.

Steps to Perform:

The below steps allow administrators to customize workflow notifications, and display a request in the email notification body like [Enter Your Comments Here].

For example in the response email you can customize the notification to display something like the following:

Action: [Approve]

Comments From Last Approver (or any other label you wish to enter)
Note: [Enter Your Comments Here]
