R12/CE: Cash Pools Not Available in Sub Account LOV for Creating Nested Cash Pool (Doc ID 2234621.1)

Symptoms


User created 2 Physical cash pools, but they are unable to associate these 2 cash pools to a parent physical cash pool.
When user tries to add these cashpools under the sub accounts - the 2 physical cash pools created earlier are not available in the LOV.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Create two Physical cash pools
2. Create third Physical cash pool
3. Under sub-account try to find: CASH%.. No cash pool is available.. you will see the message "NO ITEM FOUND"
