Ship Confirm Failing Inventory Control

Information in this document applies to any platform.
System is not allowing delivery to be ship confirmed since it is under inventory control where Locator and Serial Number are required. Unable to locate the Locator field on the Shipping Transactions form which is required before a Serial Number can be entered.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into the Order Management Super User responsibility.
2. Navigate to Shipping->Transactions.
3. Query the delivery and unable to ship confirm due to missing Locator and Serial Number.
