Symptoms

When attempting to do the Check QA for a Service Contract having related customers, the following error occurs.

Error
Please enter valid billing contacts.

Steps
1. Open the Service Contract in QA Hold status.
2. Navigate: Tools > Check QA
3. The QA Error is shown in the results.
