E-Business Suite R12 Web Applications Desktop Integrator, Desktop Integration Framework issues
WebADI is not working as expected after an upgrade to Microsoft Office 2016.
None of the WebADI spreadsheet downloads work, and all the integrator templates fail with the following errors when run:
Microsoft Visual Basic for Applications
Compile Error:
User-defined type not defined
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Load and attempt to process data with a WebADI Integrator
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use any integrators in multiple applications (HR/GL,etc)
