R12 Upgrade - Unable To Access Products In IStore (Doc ID 2236613.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After upgrading from R12.1.3 to R12.2.5, users are not able to access products in iStores application and create item to cart.
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Items should appear

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Access iStore catalog in an upgraded instance (12.2.5)
2. Catalog displayed without any items
