When attempting to upload the catalog bulk load with SYNC action, the following error occurs.

The loader has encountered an unexpected Purchasing document open interface error. Please run the concurrent program  "Purge purchasing open interface processed data\\\ " to see the detailed errors.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: iProcurement catalog administration.
2. Navigate to agreements: upload.
3. Submit the catalog upload.
