Questionnaire / Assessment Is Not Opening When Send It To Supplier

On : 12.1.3 version,


Pre-qualification and Evaluation Assessment update icon is not responding while doing the prospective supplier registration.

Expect the supplier to be able to respond to the assessment.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Supplier Receive Notification in order to answer Questionnaire
2. Supplier Click on prospective supplier registration status page
3. Supplier click on respond
4. Supplier Click on next till reaches Assessments
5. Trying to click on update in order to get the questions, the application is not responding
