When importing an LCM shipment with multiple lines and any line fails during line level validations, the shipment still gets imported partially when profile option "RCV: Fail All ASN Lines if One Line Fails" is set to "No".

Per functionality, LCM shipments should not get partially imported in any case.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Set profile option "RCV: Fail All ASN Lines if One Line Fails" to "No"
  2. Create LCM shipment with multiple lines from various POs
  3. Receiving Transaction Processor (RTP) allows the shipment to be imported partially
==> This should not occur as RTP should either import the shipment completely by pulling all lines or should set all lines to error in case of any validation error
