There appears to be a difference in the Service Request problem summary character limit which is based on the language characters used. When we compare how many Chinese characters we can enter with how many English characters we can enter, able to enter up to 240 English characters, but can only enter up to 80 Chinese characters (no spaces).
Is this a multi-byte character issue ?But able to enter up to 240 characters such as #$%.
Is this standard functionality ?Is there is a different limit for Chinese, or Cyrillic or other non-English languages?
