Java NullPointerException When You Select "Requisition I Have Approved" view in iProcurement (Doc ID 2237471.1)

When opening page "Requisitions I have approved", the following exception occurs:

oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: oracle.jbo.AttrValException: JBO-27019: Get method for attribute "OrderSwitcher" in ReqsApprovedVO could not
be resolved.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. iProcurement
  2. Requisitions > Approvals > View
  3. Requisitions I have approved > Click on Go button throws java error
