Form 1095C Returning 1H for all Full Time Eligible Employees (Doc ID 2237529.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After submitting the Benefits ACA Archive Process, all full time employees are showing 1H in Line 14 of the Form 1095-C.
This is incorrect.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It is expected that full time employees will return data for Line14 other than 1H (i.e. 1A, 1B, 1C, etc.).

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to responsibility US Super HRMS Manager.
2. Navigate to Processes and Reports > Submit Processes and Reports > Single Request.
3. Submit the Benefits ACA Archive Process for the reporting year in question.
4. Navigate to Total Compensation > Affordable Care Act > View Employee Archive Data and query a fulltime employee.
Line 14 shows 1H. This is incorrect.
