Subsidy Accrual Sum is Short One Period After Termination (Doc ID 2237540.1)

On : 12.1.3 version, Asset Management

When a termination quote is processed on a contract with a Subsidy the Subsidy Accruals are accelerated, however, there is one period of accruals missing and the total amount asccrued is less than the Subsidy amount.

Expect all Subsidy income to be included in the accruals.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Define a Rate Subsidy
2. Book a Lease Contract with this criteria:
  a. One Asset
  b. Start Date 30-Aug-2016
  c. Term 36 Months
  d. Payment 36 monthly installments in advance
  e. Subsidy defined on Asset
  f. Direct Finance Lease
3. Bill through 24-Jan-2017 to bill August, September, October, November and December.
4. Generate Accruals using Date 31-Dec-2016
5. Create a Terminate Quote (Without Purchase) using an Effective Date of 24-Jan-20117.
6. Process the Termination until it is Complete.
7. View Accounting entries for Accrual. There will be on Accrual entry from Generate Accruals in step 4
  and another accelerating the Subsidy Accruals for the termination completed in step 6.
  But the sum of the Subsidy Accruals does not match to the total Subsidy Amount.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, a period of Subsidy income is missing from the accruals.
