Shipments Do Not Appear on ALK Maps Within a Workbench When Selected (Doc ID 2237565.1)

Symptoms


The customer reports that using a Workbench Logic Configuration with Parameter = Map Location Hover Information and value = Location Name, does not display the shipment on the Map at all. Using the Value of Location XID, the Route is displayed on the map but no hover over information is returned.
