Credit Card Information is Missing after Upgrade from 11i (Doc ID 2238310.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.5 version, Customers Module

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
------------------------
You upgraded from Release 11i and Credit Card information was lost.

This behavior is with all the credit cards which are expired in11i. After migrated to R12, expired credit cards are not showing in Customer Standard form.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
--------------------------
Credit Card info should be present for migrated customers.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
      Users cannot view credit card details in Payment Details of Customer Standard form.
