Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Agent can not have 'Email Access' turned off for an Account.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

Agent can have 'Email Access' turned off for an Account.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

(R) Email Center Supervisor
(N) Supervisor/Account/Agent/Assignment

Agents to Accounts

Uncheck 'Email Access' box for Agent.
Apply

Screen refreshed but Agent still has access.
