Symptoms

On : 12.2.4 version, Auction/RFx creation

When attempting to open RFQ, draft, and create a new RFQ, after <patch 23190081: R12.PON.D> the following error occurs:

JBO-30003: The application pool (erp-du11db03.gotransit.localprjt011525oracle.apps.pon.negotiation.creation.server.NegotiationCreationAM) failed to checkout an application module due to the following exception:
oracle.jbo.JboException: JBO-29000: Unexpected exception caught: oracle.jbo.JboException, msg=JBO-29000: Unexpected exception caught: oracle.jbo.PersistenceException, msg=JBO-26010: Invalid Entity Attribute Name "Attribute" specified for the View Attribute "AuctionAttributesVO"
at oracle.jbo.common.ampool.ApplicationPoolImpl.doCheckout(ApplicationPoolImpl.java:2002)

2. Try to
- Open an existing negotiation/rfq
- Open an active RFQ template
- Open the link to create a new RFQ template
